Boys 2 Made Man Executive Shadowing Program

The Made Man Foundation partners with youth based organizations to enlist young men in underserved communities to participate in an invaluable opportunity to get an up-close look at a day in the life of a Made Man leader.

Shadow experiences are designed to provide participants with mentoring opportunities for professional career development opportunities , including meaningful mentoring conversations on tools to be the future Made Man, exposure to positive leadership and a broader understanding of career goals and implementation .

The Made Man leaders benefit from gaining the perspective of the next generation of leaders, fostering a coaching culture while activating volunteerism in action.
